Stoked to see you soon! We've curated this experience to have maximum ease and flow for your time with us on Oahu’s beautiful North Shore.

Here’s what you need to know about our 2025 Hawai'i AcroFest:

• Festival Pass: Includes 4 days of full access to all Hawai'i AcroFest Classes, Workshops, and Events.

• Onsite Accommodations: Dorm-style cabin bunks are included with your pass.

• Meals: Daily meals served in the Camp Erdman cafeteria are included.

• Airport Rides: Free rides to and from HNL Airport on 9/19, with morning, afternoon, and evening options. Guests must RSVP for their ride once the schedule is posted.

  • If you need rides outside the provided schedule, you will need to arrange your own transportation.

Venue Information

This is an immersive event with Onsite Accommodations at our venue: YMCA Camp Erdman North Shore, Oahu, Hawai'i

Plan to arrive early on 9/19 to take advantage of our free ride program. Our venue is conveniently located for a seamless experience, but please note that offsite dining or lodging options are limited in the area. Staying onsite ensures you have the best access to meals, workshops, and community events.

What does the Festival Pass include?

• Full access to all Hawai'i AcroFest Classes, Workshops, and Events from Thursday, September 19, through Sunday, September 22.

• Onsite accommodations in dorm-style cabins.

• Daily meals provided in the cafeteria.

• Free airport rides (RSVP required).

What does the Festival Pass NOT include?

• Airfare.

• Additional snacks or refreshments outside the included meals.

• Custom transportation requests beyond the provided schedule.

• Upgrades for Yurts, or Private Cabins

• Add on services, such as massages, surf lessons, guided hiking tours, etc

• BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS + PILLOW!

Important Travel Tips

• Fly into Honolulu International Airport (HNL).

• Plan your arrival on 9/19 to align with our free ride schedule (morning+ afternoon preffered).

• Evening and Late Arrivals may have to arrange their own transportation (uber/lyft/costco travels rental car)

• If you stay offsite, ensure your transportation is arranged in advance.
