This year, all tickets include:

• Festival Entry – Access to all workshops, events, and activities over 4 days.

• Meal Plan – Chef-prepared meals (3 per day).

• Onsite Lodging – Bunk bed in a shared dorm-style cabin.

• Airport Transfers – Free pick-up and drop-off (must RSVP one of our scheduled times).

• Airfare

• Supplemental Transportation 

• Airport Rides Outside our Scheduled Times, or without RSVP

• Additional food or drinks from onsite vendors

• Upgrades to Ocean Front Yurt or Makai Cabin

This immersive 4-day event takes place at the scenic YMCA Camp Erdman, located on the North Shore of Oahu in Moku'leia.

We’ve designed this experience to ensure maximum ease and flow during your stay with these essentials included:

Airport Transfers

• Free pick-up/drop-off for Honolulu (HNL) airport arrivals at scheduled times.

• Must Provide your Own Transportation if Outside of Scheduled Times or Failure to RSVP

Important Notes

• Rain or Shine Event – All purchases are final.

• Onsite Housing and Meals are Required – No nearby food options and very limited accommodations in the area. Staying onsite is highly recommended.

• Fly into Honolulu (HNL) – Ensure your travel plans align with provided airport transfer schedules.
