Vendors

General Info:

Vendors receive a designated spot (either small or large) to set up and sell their food/goods/services.

 

Vendors will pay a fee to set up and commit to being present for all  necessary days of the festival.

No commission is taken on goods sold. Vendor keeps 100% of profits.

Food/Beverage Vendors

Vendor is responsible to get a special use vending permit from the local government if they are vending FOOD/BEVERAGE  items.

Vendor Fee Assessment 

Each Vendor Fee will be assessed according to...

  •  the area space they occupy (small or large plot) 

  • what they sell (food, goods, services)

  • the size of their team or brand recognition (solo, small team, mom & pop style, or corporate company).

Other Requirements

The agreement requires Vendors to be present, and fully operational to sell their goods each day during their designated festival hours. 

Food hours may differ than goods/services 

Vendor is responsible to provide their own pop up, shade cover, Extension cables, or any other materials needed to set up, display, operate.
