Help us bring the magic to life!
Hawai’i AcroFest is a grassroots, volunteer-powered celebration of movement, connection, and community—and we’d love for you to be a part of it.

Volunteering is an amazing way to support the festival, make new friends, and gain behind-the-scenes access to a one-of-a-kind experience on O‘ahu’s beautiful North Shore.

📢What's Included?

All volunteer passes include:

• Full access to all classes, workshops, and events

• On-site lodging in shared cottage dorms

• 3 meals per day during the festival

• Complimentary airport pick-up & drop-off (within our scheduled ride window)

• Access to all festival amenities and offerings

• LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE! EMAIL FOR APPLICATION!

• PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE! $$

• SPOT CONFIRMED AFTER APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE LETTER AND PURCHASING YOUR TICKET OPTION

 🌈Volunteer Ticket Options🌈

🌺 Full Volunteer Ticket – $395

• ~16–20 hours of volunteer work

• Assigned shifts in roles like setup, event support, cleanup, hospitality & more

• Will be working Shifts during some Class Times

• Best value for those who want to contribute significantly to the flow of the festival

🌈 Partial Volunteer Ticket – $595

• ~8–12 hours of volunteer work

• Lighter shift schedule with more time to enjoy the event

• Limited to 1 Shift (if any at all) during all class times!

• Great for first-time volunteers or those balancing other commitments

Volunteering typically includes helping with:

• Event setup & breakdown

• Registration and ticketing

• Workshop space support

• Meal service, hospitality, sustainability, and more

Roles will be assigned based on your availability, preferences, and skills!
