What kind of Teachers should apply?
For Headline Teachers, we are focused on Beginner-Advanced Acro Yoga Teachers. having additional skills to share is a bonus.
We will also be looking for Guest Teachers who can lead an Acro Yoga class OR another type of movement/creative workshops.
Additional Skill Examples:
Belly Dancing, Yin-Yoga, Breath Work, Meditation, Art Making/Creative Activities, Fire Dancing, Lei Making, Educational Talks/Workshops, Flexibility/Strength Training, etc.
We have TWO Options for Teachers to choose to apply for...

2. Guest Teacher
1) Headline Teachers will teach 2-4 Acro Classes per day and have more roles/responsibilities
regarding the festival class schedule design, communications, and pre-planning. They receive free entry, accommodation, and meals during the event. Transportation is not included. Space is limited to 4-5 teachers. We hope to select the best fit for this position. Our crew is made up of mostly unpaid volunteers who are passionate about creating dope experiences for our community! Being able to cover housing and meals is the best current offer our newly formed festival is humbly able to provide. Thanks for your interest to teach at Hawai'i AcroFest! We hope to align with the right teachers to best serve our guests, crew, & community
2) Guest Teachers will receive 50% off festival passes in exchange for teaching 1 class during the 3 day event. Accommodations, meals, and transportation are NOT included. This is a great option to save some $ and share your skills while also maximizing your time and enjoyment of the entire event! Trade 1-2 hours of time for 50% off current retail priced festival passes.

How are the 50%
Guest Teacher Discount Passes
Related to Ticket Price Increases?
The date your application is received will be considered for your 50% discount pass in correlation with regular retail festival ticket price increases. If you apply before tickets go on sale, you will receive 50% off of EARLY BIRD (not pre-sale) Priced Tickets. The current retail price of festival passes at the time of your application being received will be the price of which the 50% discount is offered. Apply early to secure the best priced tickets.
