We've curated this experience to have maximum ease and flow for your time with us on the big island by offering these festival ticket & add on options.

 Festival Pass = 3 days of full access to Hawai'i AcroFest Classes, Workshops, & Events. 

 

This is an immersive event

with Onsite Accommodations 

at our venue 

Kalani Oceanside

Retreat Center.

Have chef prepared meals included during your stay with addition of the

Meal Plan.

If you are flying in and need airport pick up/drop off, we will have a select number of

Airport Rides  

with times and options available shortly!

Please Note: Onsite Housing Options and Meal Plans are Essentials! There won't be other food options within a 25 min drive of the venue, so please plan accordingly.

Accommodations in the area are VERY limited and we would advise that you and your crew stay onsite for this experience by booking either a cabin dorm bed or private cottage. If you stay off-site seaview is by far the closest option. If you stay in another location, you will need to plan your transportation and there is no guarantee vehicles will be available in the area.

(shortages have been an issue in the past, rent your vehicle from Hilo/Airport before you come down into Kalapana- Kapoho area).

Fly in to HILO (ITO)

****do not fly in to Kona unless you have your own plan. It is on the other side of the island and you might miss the event without transportation***
